How does your sewing machine repair service work?
You bring your machine or overlocker and leave it with for a quote the quote is free of charge. You would have to phone us to find out what the current turn around time is as it varies depending on how busy the workshop is.
Do you service all brands of sewing machines and overlockers?
Yes we do but we only services Singer brand of embroidery machines.
Do you sell all models of the Singer sewing machines?
Yes we do please check the shop section for all models available.
Do you sell industrial sewing machines?
Yes we do we sell the SGGEMSY Brand and have being doing so since 2006.
Do you offer sewing classes?
Unfortunately we do not offer sewing classes but we do offer classes on using your Singer Sewing machine.
Do you stock spare parts?
Yes we do we stock over 1000 parts.
How do I know what model of machine to buy?
That all depends on what application you want to use the machine for please contact us to book a consultation with one of our staff, our staff have over 25 years of experience.
Do you sell sewing threads?
Yes we do sell a full range of sewing threads available in 1000M and 5000M cobs in addition to that we are the Eastern Cape distributers for Embroidery warehouse so we stock a full range of Embroidery consumables.
